Chakra Balance and Energy Spectrum:
This is a rough visual representation of how our values, attitudes, beliefs, thoughts, and emotions affect the energy flow through the chakras or energy centers of the body. The balance is very rarely perfect. It’s in constant flux: between different ends of a continuous spectrum of expansion and contraction, higher and lower vibrational states, and is based on our perspective and perception.
The table shows the relation and movement between:
- Virtues and Sins
- Love and Fear (the fundamental states not the emotions)
- Flow and Blocks
The energy flow, density, and vibration of each chakra affects different parts of our experience of Life as whole. One chakra might be in the deep blue and the next one in the deep red, while the others may be in the lighter shades, and then they all suddenly shift to the opposite side of the spectrum. It’s a very dynamic process and rarely static.
The shifts will depend on events, interactions, mental and emotional reactions, etc. And how we judge these to be positive or negative, traumatic or pleasurable, good or bad, evil or divine.
The 7th or Crown chakra is actually our total expression of our current state of being (aurora of the aura) but I’m including it here for reference.
Basic Definitions:
Crown Chakra: Located at the top of the head, it’s associated with spiritual connection and enlightenment.
Third Eye Chakra: Located in the forehead, between the eyes, it’s related to intuition and perception.
Throat Chakra: Located in the throat, it’s associated with communication and expression.
Heart Chakra: Located in the center of the chest, it’s related to love, compassion, and emotional balance.
Solar Plexus Chakra: Located in the stomach area, it’s associated with personal power, confidence, and control. One to Many and Many to One.
Sacral Chakra: Located just below the belly button, it’s related to creativity, sexuality, and emotional well-being. One to One.
Root Chakra: Located at the base of the spine, it’s associated with basic survival instincts, security, reproduction, and grounding.
