Multidimensional Human Experience

The following is a rough guide to who we truly are, how Source manifests as Creation, and how Creation experience Source. Keep in mind that this is just the one octave that we can perceive, there are many many other octaves of existence.

It can be seen as a spiral down from the Absolute with infinite potential, to Source and Creation, to Matter, Time and Space, to this one particular Octave with its unique experience and expression. It can also be seen as a spiral upwards from Matter to pure Energy.

As above, so below. As within, so without.

This is both our inner multidimensional being, and the outer layers of experience that exists outside of us. In truth there is no difference.

It is not just static levels of evolution we go through but a dynamic experience that changes with our own vibrational state. Everything is interconnected and constantly changing, but occurs within the One unchanging constant of pure Being which encompasses all of this matrix.

It is not just static levels of evolution we go through but a dynamic experience that changes with our own vibrational state. Everything is interconnected and constantly changing, but occurs within the One unchanging constant of pure Being which encompasses all of this matrix.

Note: we are aware of the full matrix through our 9 Senses (5 physical, emotion, thought, sub- and superconscious).

Density Matrix Basic Definitions:

Densities (column 1):

A density is a measure of how much light, energy, and vibration a substance or entity can hold. The higher the density, the more light it contains. There are different levels of density, from the most physical to the most spiritual. In this octave we look at the grosser manifestation of matter, not diving into atoms, subatomic particles, and the quantum field.

Here are some short definitions of each density level:

  • First density: This is the level of the mineral kingdom, such as rocks, crystals, metals, and also the physical expression of the elements of earth, fire, water, air, and ether. It is the most basic form of existence that we perceive through the physical senses, and that we can interact with. It’s also the basic building blocks of the physical body.
  • Second density: This is the level of the vegetable and animal kingdoms, such as plants, trees, insects, fish, birds and mammals. It is the level of growth, movement, and instinct, with some degree of conscious awareness.
  • Third density: This is the level of the human kingdom, such as humans, humanoids, and other intelligent sentient beings. It is the level of self-awareness, free will, choice and learning, with a high degree of conscious awareness.
  • Fourth density: This is the level of the heart-centered kingdom. It is the level of love, compassion, harmony and service. It has a degree of collective conscious awareness.
  • Fifth density: This is the level of the mind-centered kingdom. It is the level of wisdom, knowledge, creativity and communication. An even higher degree of the collective conscious awareness is imbued with the wisdom of love.
  • Sixth density: This is the level of the soul-centered kingdom, such as collective souls, oversouls and other unified beings. It is the level of integration, synthesis and balance, with a very high degree of consciousness and awareness.
  • Seventh density: This is the level of the source-centered kingdom, connecting with the Creator and the One Infinite Intelligence. It is the level of completion, perfection and transcendence, with the highest degree of consciousness and awareness for this octave.

Bodies (column 2):

We are not just physical bodies, but multidimensional beings composed of different layers of energy. We can think of our bodies as different layers that fit into each other like a Russian doll. Each layer corresponds to a different aspect of our being, and each has a different function. The layers extend inwards and outwards of the physical body at the same time.

Here is a brief description of the seven layers, also known as bodies:

  • The physical body is the most dense and visible layer of our energy system. It is also the vehicle through which we experience the material world and interact with it. It has the four and a half fundamental needs: to eat, excrete, breath, sleep and procreate.
  • The emotional body is the second layer of energy that contains our feelings and emotions. It senses the emotional energy that flows through us and reacts according to our subconscious programs and belief systems. It is influenced by our memories, fears, traumas, temperament, personality, relationships, and individual experiences. It can also act as a guide from the soul by prompting us with joy, passion, curiosity and focused interest.
  • The mental body is the third layer of energy that contains our thoughts and intellect. It is shaped by our education, culture, language, logic, reasoning, creativity, and intuition. We don’t only observe our own thoughts and states of being, but it is also connected to our conscious mind, where we process information, make decisions, solve problems, and communicate with others. It also connects to the wider cosmic mind to communicate with other beings and receive conceptual downloads.
  • The energetic body is the fourth layer, and it is the source of our life force. It is the bridge between our physical body and the external energy field. It is composed of subtle channels called nadis or meridians, that carry life force or prana throughout our system. It also contains energy centers called chakras, that regulate the flow of energy in different areas of our life.
  • The etheric body is the fifth layer, and it is like a blueprint for our physical and other bodies. The concept or idea of a physical body is contained within it and is the layer of energy that connects all the other bodies together.
  • The light body is the sixth layer, and it is where the idea of separation takes shape and starts to lower its vibration to create the other bodies. It’s also connected to our superconscious mind, where we access higher wisdom, guidance, and inspiration.
  • The causal body is the highest layer of energy that contains our soul and spirit. It’s the first step of separation from the All that Is. It creates a separate entity that is able to experience the All that Is through Creation, as a creature in creation that can express itself through creativity. It is linked to our higher self, our purpose, our mission, and our connection to the divine.

Blocks (column 3):

Blocks are the obstacles that we face in our spiritual journey. They prevent us from reaching the ultimate destination of completion, where we can fully realize our true nature and purpose. Completion is not just a final stage, but a continuous process of growth and evolution. Sometimes they seem like lofty ideals we have to reach but we can get stuck in those states if we think we have reached the end goal.

  • Fear is the most powerful block of all. It is a state, experienced as an emotion, that paralyzes us and stops us from taking any action. Fear blocks everything because it makes us see only the risks and dangers, not the opportunities and possibilities.
  •  Uncertainty of who we are, is the root of all confusion and anxiety. It is the feeling of being lost and directionless, without a clear sense of direction, identity or purpose. Uncertainty of who we are prevents us from choosing a direction and acting on that choice. This happens because we do not know what we want, or what we are actually capable of.
  •  Doubt is the enemy of confidence and trust. It is the voice in our head that questions our choices and actions. Doubt prevents us from sharing our true self, because we are afraid of being judged or rejected. Once we choose who we are, we doubt the choice, because we are not sure if it is right or authentic.
  •  Sharing our personal experience is a way of expressing ourselves and connecting with others. It is a valuable tool for learning and growing, but it can also become a hindrance if we cling to it too much. Sharing our personal experience still blocks us from uniting with others, because we are not fully open to their perspectives and feelings.
  •  Perceived Unity is the illusion that we are separate from the Source and from each other. It is the result of our attachment to our individual identities and experiences. Perceived Unity keeps us from surrendering to Wholeness, because we fear losing ourselves and our uniqueness.
  •  Wholeness is the state of being in harmony with ourselves and the universe. It is the feeling of belonging and connection that fills our hearts with joy and peace. Wholeness is not something that we can achieve by ourselves, but it comes through Grace. Our part is letting go, surrendering, and dissolving into Source.

Operation (column 4):

We can operate from different levels of our being, depending on our awareness, intention, and alignment. Each level has its own characteristics, advantages, and challenges.

  • The lowest level of operation is the reptilian brain stem controlling instincts, automatic body functions like blood flow, breath, temperature, hormone release etc. The reptilian brain stem is our primal aspect that ensures our survival and reproduction. Operating from the reptilian brain stem means acting on our impulses, instincts, and reflexes without much conscious control or awareness.
  •  The second level of operation is the limbic system, which is the mammalian part of the brain, like the amygdala, thalamus, etc. The limbic system is our emotional aspect that regulates our feelings and moods. Operating from the limbic system means being influenced by our emotions, such as fear, anger, joy, sadness, etc. It can be controlled by the prefrontal cortex.
  •  The third level of operation is the prefrontal cortex, which is the part of the physical brain structure dealing with the higher functions of mind like rational thought, planning, calculation, and so on. The prefrontal cortex is our cognitive aspect that processes information and makes decisions. Operating from the prefrontal cortex means using our logic, reason, and analysis to solve problems and achieve goals.
  •  The fourth level of operation is the psychic mind, which is the link between the soul and the body, forming the astral body. The psychic is our subtle aspect that perceives and interacts with the non-physical dimensions of reality. Operating from the psychic mind means developing our extrasensory abilities, such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, etc., and using them for healing, insight, and manifestation.
  •  The fifth level of operation is the soul, which is a part or singular expression of the higher self with its own unique journey. The soul is our individualized aspect that incarnates into different bodies and lifetimes to learn and grow. Operating from the soul means being aware of our karmic patterns, lessons, and contracts, and fulfilling our soul’s mission.
  •  The next level of operation is the higher self, which is the sum of all our soul’s experiences, in all its forms and expressions, throughout time and space. The higher self is our multidimensional aspect that transcends the limitations of the physical realm. Operating from the higher self means accessing our wisdom, intuition, and guidance from our soul’s perspective.
  •  The highest level of operation is the source spirit, or I am, which is the source of all creation and existence. The spirit is pure intelligent energy that flows through everything and connects everything. Operating from the spirit means being in harmony with the universal laws and principles and expressing our true essence and purpose.

Roles (column 5) – the roles we play at each density.

Each density represents a different level of consciousness and awareness.

  • Manifest: At the first density, we are physical beings who sense ourselves as separate from others. We explore the material world and its possibilities.
  •  Relate: At the second density, we develop emotions and relationships. We learn to interact with other beings and form bonds. We experience duality and polarity.
  •  Experience: At the third density, we become individuals who have free will and choice. We express our uniqueness and creativity. We face challenges and opportunities to grow.
  •  Co-create: At the fourth density, we realize that we are more than our physical bodies and minds. We connect with others on a deeper level and share our true selves. We harmonize our energies and vibrations with others.
  •  “I”dentity: At the fifth density, we unify our individual selves with a group consciousness. We co-create reality with other beings who have similar goals and values. We expand our awareness and knowledge as a collective but there is still a sense of “I”.
  •  No “I”: At the end of sixth density, we transcend the illusion of separation and identity. We merge with the source of all that is. We experience oneness and love.
  •  Beyond the seventh density, we dissolve into pure potentiality and possibility. We are beyond form and definition. We are everything and nothing.

Awareness levels (column 6):

Awareness levels are different states of consciousness that reflect how much we are aware of ourselves and our surroundings. They range from very low to very high, depending on various factors such as our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual conditions.

Here is a brief overview of the seven awareness levels:

  • Level 1: This is the lowest level of awareness, where we are almost unconscious and unaware of anything. This happens when we are in deep sleep or in a coma.
  • Level 2: This is the level of semi-consciousness, where we are not fully self-aware and have limited control over our thoughts and actions. This happens when we are dreaming or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Level 3: This is the normal waking consciousness, where we are aware of our senses, feelings, thoughts and actions. This is the level that most people operate at most of the time.
  • Level 4: This is the level of conscious awareness of the subconscious, where we can access and influence our deeper beliefs and processes. This happens when we have vivid dreams, astral travel, out-of-body experiences or lucid dreaming.
  • Level 5: This is the level of conscious awareness of the superconscious, where we can interact with higher realms of existence and experience mystical states. This happens when we meditate, pray, have near-death experiences or spiritual awakenings.
  • Level 6: This is the level of awareness of unity consciousness, where we realize that we are one with everything and everyone. This happens when we have a cosmic consciousness or a transcendental experience.
  • Level 7: This is the highest level of awareness, where we are aware of pure consciousness itself. This is the ultimate state of enlightenment or liberation, where we go beyond all duality and limitations.

Lessons (column 7):

The densities are levels of consciousness that reflect different stages of spiritual evolution. They are not fixed or rigid, but rather fluid and dynamic. Each density offers us valuable lessons to grow and expand our awareness of ourselves and the universe. Here are some of the main lessons we can learn from each density:

  • First density: This is the foundation on which the rest can build. It’s the density of matter, where we learn about the basic principles of manifestation and creation. We experience the physical laws of nature and the cycles of life and death. We also learn about polarity and duality, as well as the potential for harmony and balance.
  • Second density: This is the density of life, where we learn about being social and interacting with other beings. We develop emotions, instincts, and preferences. We also learn about diversity and adaptation, as well as the importance of cooperation and communication.
  • Third density: This is the density of choice, where we learn about free will and self-awareness. We face challenges and opportunities that test our values and beliefs. We also learn about service and compassion, as well as the consequences of our actions. We have to choose between service-to-self or service-to-others, which determines our orientation for the next densities.
  • Fourth density: This is the density of love, where we learn about opening our hearts and operating from love. We experience a deeper connection with ourselves, others, and the planet. We also learn about wisdom and discernment, as well as the power of intention and manifestation. We have to balance love and wisdom, which can be either self-centered or other-centered, depending on our previous choice.
  • Fifth density: This is the density of wisdom, where we learn about applying our knowledge wisely and acting in alignment with our higher purpose. We access higher dimensions of reality and explore the mysteries of creation. We also learn about unity and diversity, as well as the responsibility of co-creation. We have to integrate love and wisdom, which can be either harmonious or discordant, depending on our previous balance.
  • Sixth density: This is the density of unity and balance, where we learn about transcending duality and polarity and embracing oneness. We merge with our higher selves and experience unconditional love for all that is. We also learn about paradox and synthesis, as well as the joy of service. We have to unify love and wisdom, which can be either creative or destructive, depending on our previous integration.
  • Seventh density: This is the density of completion, where we learn about letting go completely and merging back into Source. We dissolve all boundaries and limitations and become pure consciousness. We also learn about infinity and eternity, as well as the grace of surrender. We have to complete our journey through the densities, which can be either peaceful or painful, depending on our previous unification.

Scope, focus and experience of existence (column 8):

Existence is a simple concept, but also a complex and dynamic one that can be understood from different perspectives. Here are some possible ways to approach the scope, focus and experience of existence:

  • Start of becoming sentient. This is the level of existence where one begins to develop awareness and intelligence. One starts to perceive oneself and the environment through the senses and cognition. One learns to communicate and interact with others through language and behavior. One experiences sensation, perception, and cognition in this state of becoming.
  •  Instinctual reactions to life and events. This is the level of existence where one operates mainly on reacting on instinct and emotion. One follows one’s impulses and urges, without much reflection or deliberation. One responds to stimuli and threats in a fight-or-flight mode, or seeks pleasure and avoids pain in a reward-punishment mode. One experiences survival, pleasure, and pain in this state of reaction.
  •  Doing, searching, seeking, discovering. This is the level of existence where one explores the world and oneself through action and experimentation. One tries new things, learns new skills, meets new people, and travels to new places. One seeks to satisfy one’s needs and desires, as well as to find meaning and fulfillment in life. One experiences excitement, adventure, and discovery in this state of doing.
  •  The ability to respond, in other words, taking responsibility for who and what you are. This is the level of existence where one becomes conscious of one’s own power and potential. You realize that you’re not a victim or a passive observer, but an active agent and a co-creator of reality. You choose how to respond to situations and challenges, rather than reacting impulsively or habitually. You experience empowerment, integrity, and accountability in this state of responsibility.
  •  Understanding the process of evolution. This is the level of existence where one recognizes the purpose and direction of life. One sees that life is not random or chaotic, but a result of natural laws and intelligent design. One understands that one is a part of a larger whole, and that one’s actions have consequences for oneself and others. One experiences curiosity, creativity, and growth in this state of understanding.
  •  The lightness of being. This is the level of existence where one is free from attachment, ego, and suffering. One is aware of the impermanence and interdependence of all phenomena and accepts them with equanimity. One lives in the present moment, without fear or anxiety about the past or future. One experiences joy, compassion, and wisdom in this state of being.
  • Issing in the Isness, beyond form. This is the highest level of existence, where one transcends all limitations and boundaries of space, time, and matter. One is not a separate entity, but a part of the infinite and eternal Isness, the source of all that is. One experiences bliss, peace, and love in this state of oneness. There is only One.
